Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
We understand that life happens and plans sometimes change. Because appointment times are reserved specifically for you, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice are subject to a cancellation fee of $100.
The same policy applies when moving an appointment to a different date or time within the 24-hour window.
No-Shows
Clients who do not arrive for their scheduled appointment and do not provide notice will be charged $100.
Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. Clients arriving more than 5–10 minutes late may need to reschedule to ensure we can provide your full treatment without impacting the next client. Esse Aesthetics reserves the right to decline service that day, and the appointment may be subject to our late cancellation policy.
Appointment Reminders
As a courtesy, appointment reminders are sent prior to your scheduled visit. However, clients are responsible for keeping track of their scheduled appointments regardless of whether a reminder is received.
Why We Have This Policy
Our providers reserve dedicated time specifically for each client. A late cancellation or no-show often leaves an appointment time that we are unable to offer to another client with such short notice. This policy allows us to protect our providers’ time, respect clients who are waiting for appointments, and maintain a consistent experience for everyone at Esse. We understand that true emergencies and unexpected circumstances happen. Exceptions may be made at the discretion of Esse Aesthetics.
By scheduling an appointment with Esse Aesthetics, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation policy.
